Dye Sublimation is a process that requires a special digital print that is heated in a 400 degree heat press against a specially coated polyester substrate.  During the process, the sublimation ink is turned into a gas & it "sublimates" itself into the surface of the media.  The polyester coated materials encapsulate the inks below the surface for ultimate protection.
